Definition of relations between ISeeML compilation flags.
ISeeML compilation flags are hierarchicaly defined: for example, definition of ISEEML_CHECKS activates all ISeeML checking flags. They can be activated by adding in makefile a -D option for the compiler. Possible flags are:
